Attention concerned citizens. America is in decline, slowly strangled by the greed of Wall St and corporate bailouts. Our democracy has been hijacked by special interests and big business. Our politicians no longer work for the people. It is time for a change. Today we invite you to downtown Chicago to stand strong with our brothers and sisters in New York. Join us on the steps of historic Sears/Willis tower at 9am Friday, September 23rd for a march toward the Federal Reserve building in Chicago’s financial district. Let your voice be heard. United, we will no longer idly sit by while the wealthiest 1% of America profits off our backs and buys our politicians wholesale. Let them know we want campaign finance reform and that corporations being considered people will no longer be accepted. Will you stand with the 99% and be heard? Today is the day that America stands as one, that we can save our democracy, and we can have a better tomorrow. Visit occupychi.org or www.adbusters.org to learn more about this movement. Use #occupychi on twitter to speak your mind.
